Monitoring Requirements For American Reinvestment And Recovery Act (ARRA) Funds This Commissioner's memo, FIN-10-072, replaces Commissioner's Memo FIN-10-069 with the same subject line. There are no changes to the actual memo (attached) 'Monitoring Requirements for ARRA Funds' but there are changes to the Acknowledgments of Understanding and Checklists. Carefully read the attached ARRA memo entitled 'Monitoring Requirements for ARRA Funds'. The memo explains the monitoring requirements for the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act funds, and how LEAs should use the attached 'Acknowledgment of Understanding' and 'Certification Checklist' for each type of ARRA grant. If you printed these from the previous Commissioner's Memo FIN-10-069, please reprint and replace with the attachments in this memo.
