The purpose of this memorandum is to transmit the Arkansas Department of Education Rules and Regulations to Implement the Appropriation for the Education of Students in Youth Shelters. These regulations were adopted by the State Board of Education at its May 8, 2000, meeting and reviewed, with no objections, by the Legislative Council Rules and Regulations Review Committee on June 1, 2000.
