Beginning September 15, 2000, legislation requires that each year the School Performance Report be mailed to all parents. The first report and parents' address will be based on the 1999-2000 school year. However, information about the 1997-1998 and 1998-1999 school years will also be included in the report.
In order for the ADE to comply with this legislation and properly mail the Annual School Performance Report to parents this September, it will be necessary to collect names and home addresses of parents. APSCN will provide districts with information regarding this special pull through the SMS listserve. The districts need to have completed their roll-over process prior to this special pull. The actual data pull and submission will occur between August 7 and August 18. ALL PROCEDURES TO COMPLY WITH THIS PROCESS MUST BE COMPLETED BY AUGUST 18, 2000.
