The September 15 deadline is coming fast for the School Performance Report to be mailed to each parent across the state. Enclosed is a draft copy of some of the data that will be included on the School Performance Report. The following three items are not listed on the draft copy: Arkansas Benchmark Exam, Standardized Test, and Student Suspensions. Please share this information with building principals to ensure that the data are correct before the report is reported publicly.
After reviewing this data, please follow these instructions:
1. Make corrections in RED INK directly on the draft copy and sign.
2. If there are no corrections to be made, write approved and sign the draft copy.
3. Mail the edited or approved copy(s) by August 4, 2000 in the self-addressed envolope provided.
