The Arkansas Department of Health, Division of Communicable Diseases/Immunizations, has revised the rules and regulations pertaining to kindergarten through twelfth grade immunization requirements. The Division of Communicable Diseases/Immunizations will present a videoconference on the changes in the regulations on the following date:
Tuesday, August 22, 2000
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
Superintendents, school nurses and other professionals will be updated on how to ensure that students are current with their immunizations.
Attached is a registration form. Please submit registration form listing all participants (names printed clearly) representing a school district or educational cooperative. REGISTRATION WILL BE LIMITED. Participants must pre-register to attend the two-hour session. Participants will be registered on a first come, first served basis. Unless otherwise notified that the session site has reached its limit, registrant(s) are to report to the site that he/she registered to attend on August 22, 2000, by 9:45 a.m. Copies of the regulations will be distributed by the facilitators at the sites.
