The Arkansas Department of Education, Special Education Unit, Transition Staff, is pleased to announce regional transition training during the Fall of 2000. This workshop entitled, "Transition From School to Adult Life For Students With Disabilities," will assist local school districts with transition planning as a part of the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process. The transition manual used during this training has been updated by the Transition staff to reflect all relevant July 2000 due process form changes. There is a registration form attached to this memo:
