Eisenhower Professional Development Program Application and Evaluation Report to report activities and expenditures from the 1999-2000 and to project professional development initiatives for the new year. Local Education Agency Consortia should provide a list of participating districts by county with assurance forms.
Also, attached is a list of some major program guidelines that must be followed in the administration of the Dwight D. Eisenhower Professional Development Program, Title II of the Improving America's Schools Act.
A paper copy of this memo, its attachments and an LEA allocation statement for 2000-2001 are being mailed to each district and regional service cooperative.
