A public hearing will be held Tuesday, October 24, 2000 at 2:00 p.m. in the auditorium of the Arch Ford Educational Building, #4 State Capitol Mall, Little Rock, AR. This will be for the purpose of hearing comments on the proposed amnesty amendment to the rules and regulations governing teacher licensure renewal. This amendment, if approved by the State Board, will provide an opportunity for teachers who have a license that has been expired for longer than one year to renew that license without having to meet current requirements for licensure renewal.
