On May 1, 2000, home school information was disseminated to all school districts and cooperatives, including the procedure for submitting Notice of Intent to Home School and Waiver forms. Please refer to Director's Memo IT-00-011 dated May 1, 2000, which may be accessed on the ADE Web Site under Director's Memos/Fiscal Year 1999-2000 Memos (presorted). Hard copies and attachments were mailed to all school districts and cooperatives on the above date.
THIS IS A REMINDER THAT SCHOOL DISTRICTS SHOULD CONTINUE TO SUBMIT COPIES OF THE NOTICE OF INTENT TO HOME SCHOOL FORMS (FRONT AND BACK) TO THE HOME SCHOOL OFFICE AT THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION THROUGHOUT THE SCHOOL YEAR.
