The Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) is providing each district with a copy of its data to be published in the FY 99/00 Annual Statistical Report (ASR). Every district is being provided an opportunity to review the data before it is published in the ASR. Each district is requested to review the data for accuracy with special attention given to Items 27 and 30. To facilitate the review, copies of this information along with the instructions used to compile the data, are also being sent to the AFR Coordinator.
Districts that find a discrepancy in the data should contact Donna Ralph, Coordinator, Financial Accountability, at (501) 682-5059 no later than December 18, 2000. It will be assumed that districts that have not contacted Financial Accountability by December 18, 2000 agree with the data being published.
