By action of the Arkansas State Board of Education at its meeting on January 8, 2001, Marcia A. Harding was approved as the new Associate Director of the Special Education Unit, Accountability Division. Ms. Harding had served as Acting Associate Director since the retirement of Dr. Diane Sydoriak in early October. Prior to being named as Associate Director, Ms. Harding was Coordinator of Special Education Services in the Special Education Unit, serving as the Assistant to the Associate Director.
