The purpose of this memorandum is to request actual expenditures of Part B (Title VI-B) pass-through funds for the period beginning July 1, 2000, and ending February 28, 2001. Also, please provide an estimate of expenditures of Part B funds for the months of March through June, 2001. Districts approved for a Part B grant will receive a form from the Special Education Office listing the cash-on-hand balance from June 30, 2000, and funds received from July 2000 through February 2001. On the form, please provide the requested information on lines three and four. This information will be used to determine the payment of Part B funds each district will receive for the remainder of the school year. This report is required of all districts who will receive Part B funds for the 2000-2001 school year. This report must be received no later than March 23, 2001. Send completed reports to:
