Ark. Code Ann. 6-18-1001 through 6-18-1008 requires school districts to submit annual reports to the Arkansas Department of Education outlining the compliance with and implementation plans for the provisions of the Public School Student Services Act. The Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) is required to compile and file reports to the Senate and House Interim Committees on Education. The 2000-2001 annual reporting forms are attached and should be completed by each school counselor in each school building and returned by May 15, 2001.
