Because of inclement weather, several schools will not complete their fourth quarter until mid June. This situation has created the need for extending the deadline for Cycle 7 to June 29, 2001.
We are approaching the end of the state reporting year and the beginning of a new one. All schools are strongly encouraged to pay particular attention to the data submission schedule for completion. Schools that fail to exercise due diligence in this effort will place themselves at risk of being permanently assigned inaccurate information which will lead to incorrect published reports and unintended loss of funding.
Cycle 1 is scheduled to be released July 16, 2001.
