The purpose of this memorandum is to announce that the special education data entry modules designed by the Arkansas Public School Computer Network (APSCN) are complete. Separate data modules have been developed for the school-age and early childhood programs. Training sessions on the modules will be held in July at various locations around the state. Separate sessions will be conducted for each module. APSCN staff will conduct the training sessions. Attached is the training schedule for both modules. BECAUSE OF THE LIMITED NUMBER OF DATA STATIONS FOR EACH TRAINING SITE, THE PERSON ATTENDING THE SESSIONS SHOULD BE THE SPECIAL EDUCATION SUPERVISOR OR THE EARLY CHILDHOOD COORDINATOR. Persons attending the training sessions should contact the site to schedule a reservation.
