Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated § 25-15-201 et seq., notice is hereby given that the Arkansas State Board of Education and the Arkansas Department of Education is considering proposed revisions to its Rules and Regulations. A public hearing will be held on July 19, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. at #4 Capitol Mall, Auditorium, Little Rock, AR 72201. Written comments should be mailed to the Office of Legal Counsel, at #4 Capitol Mall, Room 404-A, Little Rock, AR 72201. The proposed Rules and Regulations include, but are not limited to, reporting compliance with Ark. Code Ann. § 6-13-631 and withholding aid from school districts not in compliance with Ark.
