Special Show 2002, the biennial special education conference of the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE), Special Education is planned for August 6 - 7, 2002 at the Little Rock Statehouse Convention Center.
Attached is a Special Show Program Interest Survey to be completed by all interested parties (staff, parents, etc.). The survey will be used to assist the Special Show Program Committee in developing a conference program that best meets the needs of educators, families and other participants. Copies of the survey can be made as needed for dissemination to staff members, parents and others.
Please complete the survey and return it to Lena Fulmer at the ADE by September 10, 2002. The survey can be mailed to the ADE at the address on Page 2 of the form, or submitted by fax (both pages) to the number listed on the form.
