Enclosed is the Title I Quarterly Report of Cash Distribution for the second quarter. Please be sure to complete and return it to the Federal Finance Office by September 27, 2001.

Be sure to use the adjusted Title I budget when completing this form. It is not necessary to re-submit the First Quarterly Request. When a grant award is issued, all payments through the current month's payment will be made to school districts.
