The purpose of this memorandum is to transmit the Arkansas Department of Education Rules and Regulations Governing Charter Schools and the Rules and Regulations Governing Limited Charter Schools. The State Board of Education adopted these regulations at its August 13, 2001, meeting and they were reviewed, with no objections, by the Legislative Council Rules and Regulations Review Committee on September 6, 2001.
