Attached are flyers and application forms for cultural study programs on China and Mexico for Arkansas secondary teachers. Private foundations provide funding for these programs, and all costs are covered except a matching contribution on the part of participants ($500 for the China program and $750 for the Mexico program).

The goal of the programs is to learn about the culture in question and disseminate that information to students, colleagues, and communities. The applicants' plans for this as described in their application forms will be an important factor in their selection.
