Act 1060 of 2001 amended various sections of the Arkansas code related to the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (A.C.A. 6-17-412, et seq.), necessitating revisions to the rules and regulations governing this program. Attached is a copy of the Proposed Rules and Regulations Governing Eligibility and Financial Incentives for National Board for Professional Teaching Standards, as revised. There will be a public hearing on the revised rules and regulations in the Auditorium of the Arch Ford Education Building, #4 Capitol Mall in Little Rock on Wednesday, October 10, 2001, at 2:00 p.m.
