The Department of Education shares the attached letter of invitation to all Arkansans from Governor Huckabee to participate in a Salute to Arkansans in Uniform on Sunday, October 21. The event, which will be staged along the banks of the Arkansas River in downtown Little Rock, will be aired live on radio and television throughout the state. A musical program will begin at 6:00 p.m. to be followed by a fireworks display at 7:30 p.m.
