The Department of Education joins with the Arkansas State Library to provide Internet access to the electronic version of World Book Encyclopedia. Each of the State’s public school libraries may make this research tool available to students by simply registering with the Arkansas State Library. The registration process is described in detail on the attachment to this memo.
Schools not previously registered with the State Library for distribution of electronic software should follow the instructions provided. The next registration deadline is November 16, 2001, and can be completed on-line: www.asl.lib.ar.us/traveler.
