The purpose of this memorandum is to provide a copy of the revised Qualified Zone Academy Bond (QZAB) application. The deadline for submission of a QZAB application for the next allocation cycle is November 13, 2001. A total of $8,523,000.00 remains to be allocated. The State Board of Education will consider these proposals at the December 10, 2001 meeting. Attached is the revised application for a QZAB allocation.
