The Primary (Grade 4), Intermediate (Grade 6) and Middle Level (Grade 8)Benchmark Exams shall be administered on Monday, April 8, 2002, through Thursday, April 11, 2002. Make-ups may continue through April 16, 2002. Student Answer Documents must be shipped by April 18. This one-day extension allows additional time to code the Teacher Use Only Box. Failure to follow the schedule as printed in the District and School Test Coordinators’ Manual will constitute a Test Security Violation.
End of Course Literacy Exam (Grade 11) shall be administered on April 10 and April 11, 2002. Make-ups may continue through April 17, 2002. Student Answer Documents must be shipped by April 19. This one-day extension allows additional time to code the Teacher Use Only Box. Failure to follow the schedule as printed in the District and School Test Coordinators’ Manual will constitute a Test Security Violation.
The End of Course Algebra I Exam shall be administered on May 1, 2002, and the End of Course Geometry Exam shall be administered on May 2, 2002. Make-ups may continue through May 6, 2002. A one-day extension until May 8, 2002, has been provided for returning Student Answer Documents. This will allow extra time for coding the Teacher Use Only Box. Failure to follow the schedule as printed in the District and School Test Coordinators’ Manual will constitute a Test Security Violation.
Information in the Teacher Use Only Box shall be completed ONLY after all testing sessions are completed. Only the person authorized in the agreement with the Child Nutrition office in your school may bubble in the students eligible for Free and/or Reduced Lunch.
Students receiving accommodations on these exams must have the accommodations provided by a currently certified Arkansas teacher. The accommodations must be included in the student’s IEP, 504, or LEP plan and used regularly during instruction and classroom assessments. Only accommodations listed in the District and School Test Coordinators’ Manual may be utilized.
