Ark. Code Ann. 6-18-1001 through 6-18-1008 requires school districts to submit annual reports to the Arkansas Department of Education outlining the compliance with and implementation plans for the provisions of the Public School Student Services Act. The Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) is required to compile and file reports to the Senate and House Interim Committees on Education.
In order for the ADE to compile the annual report for the legislative committees, each school counselor must complete the Student Services Annual Report forms in regard to the Student Services Plans. The annual report forms to be completed by each school counselor are attached. This report reflects compliance with and implementation of each local school building's Public School Student Services Plan and other related activities.
The attached Annual Reporting forms for the 2001-2002 school year should be completed by each school counselor in each school building and returned by May 15, 2002, to:
