The Statewide Information System (SIS) reporting Cycle 7, released to the school districts on May 3, 2002 has a deadline date of June 15, 2002.
That date is extended to June 28, 2002 ONLY for those school districts with a year-round schedule. School districts on a regular-year schedule must have SIS Cycle & submitted by the June 15, 2002 deadline date.
It is imperative that school districts submit the SIS reports by the deadline date. The data from all the districts must be received before it can be aggregated and sent to the ADE Data Administration Section to be set up in the required state reports. A district that reports after the deadline date delays the process for all districts in the state and the Department of Education.
It is projected that Cycle 1 for the 2002/2003 school year will be available for testing by pilot projects on July 15, 2002 and released to all school districts by July 22, 2002.
