School districts and agencies that received funding for Mentoring of Novice Teachers during the 2001-2002 school year are required to report actual budget expenditures, as well as any funds to be carried forward to the next school year, within 30 days of the close of the school year. Districts may carry over unspent funding to support the novice teacher's professional development needs. Please note that funds carried over must be the first funds expended if additional funding is allocated in the 2002-2003 school year. Budget reporting forms are attached and can be completed and faxed, or mailed, to the attention of Dr. Melanie Kennon. (FAX: 501-682-5118).
