The purpose of this memorandum is to provide corrected copies of an attachment to Regulatory Director's Memo Number ACC-02-124 issued May 22, 2002, the Early Childhood Special Education Rules and Regulations, as amended. Two attachments accompanied the original memorandum. The first attachment, a complete copy of the Early Childhood Special Education Rules and Regulations, was correct. The second attachment, titled "Replacement Pages for Special Ed Document, pages 2, 5 and 17" should be replaced with the enclosed revised pages. Please disregard the initial set of replacement pages provided and use the ones attached to this memorandum to substitute for pages 2, 5 and 17 in Section 30 of Special Education and Related Services: Procedural Requirements and Program Standards.
