TITLE I CHANGE In accordance with Section 1127 (a) of No Child Left Behind, a local education agency (LEA) is allowed to carry over not more than 15% of the funds allocated under Title I. A state education agency may, once every three years, waive the percentage limitation. BEGINNING IN THE 2003-2004 SCHOOL YEAR, the Arkansas Department of Education will no longer allow waivers to the percentage limitation. The percentage limitation under subsection (a) shall not apply to any LEA that receives less than $50,000 under this subpart for any fiscal year.
