THIS DIRECTOR'S COMMUNICATION IS TO REPLACE DIRECTOR'S COMMUNICATION IT-02-012.
The Department of Education is authorized by A.C. A. 6-17-914(e)(2) (1999 Repl.) to withhold state aid from school districts that fail to file budgets and other required reports in a timely manner. The Department is required to submit to all districts a list of required reports with the due dates by July 1 so that districts will know well in advance what reports are required and when.
