Attached are the assurances for Title I and Title V of P.L. 107-110, No Child Left Behind (NCLB). These assurances must be signed in blue ink by the Superintendent and returned to the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE), Title I office, 4 Capitol Mall - Room 202B, Little Rock, AR 72201, no later than August 15, 2002. ADE final approval will not be given to a district that fails to submit signed assurances.
