A.C.A. 6-17-914 requires school districts to prepare and file their annual budget no later than September 15th of each year. The budget must be approved by the district's board of directors and signed by the president of the board and ex officio financial secretary of the district.
Attached is the signature page for the Annual Financial Report and Budget (AFRB) for FY 2001/2002 and FY 2002/2003. After the AFRB is approved, a signed signature page, with original signatures, should be mailed to:
