The Arkansas Department of Education and the Arkansas Art Educators Association are jointly sponsoring the 19th Portfolio Day Review. Secondary teachers, students, and parents are invited to attend.
The purpose of the review is to bring together highly interested and talented art students and representatives of different universities and art schools. The representatives will review the portfolios individually and are encouraged to give informal critiques of the students' work. Student will also receive scholarship information and literature about each school.
Please inform students to limit the number to six pieces of art work.
The review will be Saturday, November 16, 2002, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the gymnasium at the Arkansas School for the Blind, 2600 West Markham, Little Rock, AR 72205.
