Attached are the Title I Quarterly Reports of Cash Distribution for the first and second quarters. These forms are in Excel format and will automatically perform the required calculations. Copy the forms to the computer of the person responsible for completing the Title I Quarterly Reports.
After the reports are completed, save the reports for the district files and send copies to Ms. Patsy Hammond in the Federal Finance Office.

Funding for the Title I program will begin after the Annual Financial Report is cleared; the signed Assurances are received; and the Federal Finance Office receives a copy of the substantial compliance letter, a copy of the district’s Title I budget, and a Quarterly Request for Funds.
