The Arkansas Interagency Council on the Homeless is pleased to announce the 13th Annual Statewide Homeless Conference. The conference is to be held at the Riverfront Hilton Hotel in North Little Rock on September 26 – 27, 2002. The purpose of the conference is to provide technical assistance, share workable strategies, and provide comprehensive information to provide support and to help to alleviate the condition of chronic homelessness.
