The purpose of this Director’s Memorandum is to obtain actual special education expenditures of Title VI-B and state and local funds for the period beginning July 1, 2002 and ending December 31, 2002. This information will be used to evaluate each school district’s compliance with federal regulations relating to state and local spending and to determine the remaining Title VI-B payment each district should receive for the remainder of the school year.
This report is required of all districts receiving Title VI-B funds for the 2002-2003 (FY 2003) school year. The completed report must be received no later than February 14, 2003. Send completed reports to:
