In an attempt to clarify any misunderstandings and further explain the 2003/2004 new course code system, a videoconference is scheduled for May 13 and 14, 9:00 a.m. until noon. This conference is particularly targeted for district curriculum coordinators and principals. The conference will open with an explanation of the coding system, how the new numbers affect accreditation and licenses, and close with a question and answer period. Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) staff from the appropriate ADE sections will be on the videoconference panel to answer questions pertaining to the course codes, accreditation issues, and licensure system.
