Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) Special Education Procedural Requirements and Program Standards, Chapter 19.00, include criteria and guidelines for the provision and payment of Extended School Year (ESY) services to students with disabilities. Attached are application forms to be completed for students identified as being eligible for ESY services.
ESY, Part One, covers the period of time from the close of the current school year through June 30, 2003. The reimbursement for the period ending June 30, 2003 (Part One) will be $30 per student per day.
Applications are due in the Special Education Office by June 13, 2003.
