Many school districts are finding it difficult to meet the June 1, 2003, deadline for the two-year conditional course approval for Priority Level One courses. (See Director’s Memo ACC-03-045.) In order to assist school districts which are writing a large number of course approvals, ADE is granting a time extension to June 16, 2003.
School districts are encouraged to submit course approvals as soon as they can be completed so that the ADE course approval committee can process them and respond in a timely manner. Please contact the Academic Standards and Assessment Unit at 501-682-4558 if additional assistance is needed.
