It is an existing requirement that Arkansas school districts submit their Statewide Information System (SIS) Cycle 7 data by June 15. Arkansas districts with year-round schools cannot meet the deadline as their 4th quarter ends on various dates through the last week of June. Therefore, the deadline date is extended to July 14 for YEAR-ROUND SCHOOLS ONLY, and should affect only the following districts:
Bentonville School District
Fayetteville School District
Fort Smith School District
Hamburg School District
Little Rock School District
Again, districts that are on a year-round calendar MUST submit by JULY 14. There will be no further extensions.
All districts without year-round calendars are expected to meet the June 15 deadline for Cycle 7. It is imperative that these dates be honored because Cycle 1 cannot be released or opened until all districts have successfully submitted their data.
