The purpose of this Director’s Memo is to note a revision in the starting point and adequate yearly progress for the category 9-12 Literacy. The Accountability Workbook has been updated on the ADE Website (found under What’s New) and the revised table is attached. The correct starting point for 9-12 Literacy is 19.5 percent proficient.
