The purpose of this memorandum is to provide a copy of proposed revisions to Special Education rules contained in Special Education and Related Services: Procedural Requirements and Program Standards, specifically, section 3.00 Child Find; section 10.00 Mediation and Hearings; and Appendix A, Required Form #4, Your Rights Under the IDEA; and to provide notice of the public hearing on the proposed rule revisions.
