Due to significant technical difficulties, the deadline of August 15, 2003, for the submission of federal application materials has been changed. The new deadline established for federal applications (Title I, II, III, IV, V, and VI) is August 29, 2003. All applications should be submitted to the ADE ftp server (ftp://165.29.214.17/) using the 3.0.1 version of the Arkansas School Improvement Planning (ASIP) software made available after July 1, 2003. Personnel from Arkansas schools should ensure that this software is obtained from the Cimarron web site at (http://www.cimarroninc.com/acsip).
