The State Board of Education, at the August 11, 2003 meeting, approved amendments to the Rules Governing Teacher Licensure By Reciprocity to go out for public comment. The public comment period will run from Saturday, August 30, through Monday, September 29, 2003.
A public hearing for the purpose of receiving comments on the proposed amendments will be held in the auditorium of the Arkansas Department of Education on Tuesday, September 23, 2003, at 1:00 p. m.
