By October 15 each district submits to the Department a copy of the ballot for the annual school election. If a district held a special election for millage rates, separate from the September 16 annual election date, please submit a copy of the ballot from each election.
On November 15 each district submits the following election information via APSCN Cycle 3:
The Total millage rate
The M&O millage rate
The Dedicated M&O millage rate
The Debt Service millage rate
The number of votes for the proposed millage
The number of votes against the proposed millage
Please send a paper copy of the ballot, by October 15, to:
