A Distance Learning Workshop entitled “Creating a Food Service Employee Handbook” is scheduled on November 6, 2003. Food service directors from across the state will discuss how the handbook available in the local area was developed and how the handbook is used. Samples from several handbooks will be included in the material mailed for this training.
The registration fee is $10.00 for each participant. The deadline for registration is October 30, 2003. Handouts for the training will be mailed to all registered participants after the deadline.
Attached is the Registration Form with a list of educational cooperatives participating in the training. Be sure to indicate the educational cooperative location on the registration form. The training will be cancelled at any site which does not have a registered participant by the deadline. Complete a separate registration form for each participant.
