The State Board of Education, at the October 13, 2003 meeting, approved Rules for Arkansas Governor’s School Site Selection to go out for public comment. The public comment period will run through November 24, 2003. A public hearing for the purpose of receiving comments on the proposed Rules will be held Tuesday, November 18, 2003, at 1:00 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Arkansas Department of Education. Written comments regarding the proposed Rules should be directed to the Office of Gifted and Talented, Room 203-B, #4 Capitol Mall, Little Rock, AR 72201. The proposed Rules for Arkansas Governor’s School Site Selection are attached.
