Arkansas educators have the exciting opportunity to participate in the Right From Birth professional development created by the nationally recognized child development experts Drs. Craig and Sharon Ramey, and Dr. Kyle Pruett. Right From Birth is a parenting and early literacy curriculum divided into six sessions based on 12 episodes. It leads parents and caregivers through the stages of early childhood from birth to 18 months and gives practical advice on how adults can prepare children for a lifetime of learning.
The Right From Birth Facilitator Training will be on Tuesday, November 18th from 9 a.m. to noon at the following 23 AETN satellite downlink training sites: Batesville, Conway, El Dorado, Fayetteville, Forrest City, Hope, Horatio, Hot Springs, Jonesboro, Lake Village (Chicot Co.), Little Rock, Magnolia, Marmaduke, Mountain Home, Mountain View, Murfreesboro, Pine Bluff, Pottsville, Ravenden Strings, Stuttgart, Van Buren, West Memphis, and Wilson.
