Director’s memo IA-04-049 incorrectly referred to the review of medical records as being part of the Body Mass Index (BMI) Data Collection Process. That was totally inaccurate. Director’s Memo IA-04-049 has absolutely nothing to do with the BMI process and was incorrectly labeled in the subject and authority lines. The correct Subject line for IA-04-049 is Medical Records Audit. The correct Regulatory Authority line is Required Audit. I sincerely apologize for any confusion this error has caused.
Ms. Nancy Archer’s office should not be contacted with regard to questions concerning BMI. Her office strictly deals with medical record audits on a specific selected group of students.
A revised director's memo IA-04-057 is being issued to replace IA-04-049.
